In brief

Use the portal only for your own authorized account activity, protect your access methods, and review every instruction before you confirm it.

Important context

Financial services shown in the portal may be supplied by a separate licensed or contracted provider. Product-specific terms, fees, limits, disclosures, and local law continue to apply.

01

Account access

Accurate information

Provide information that is accurate and current, complete required verification, and use only an account you are permitted to control.

Protect your credentials

Keep passwords, PINs, one-time codes, passkeys, and approved devices secure. Do not share them or allow another person to approve an instruction as you.

Report suspected compromise

Contact support promptly if a device, account, or access method may be compromised. A support request does not itself cancel an instruction that has already been processed.

02

Payments and other instructions

Review before confirming

Check the recipient, wallet, amount, fees, exchange details, and narration. You are responsible for instructions submitted through your authenticated account unless applicable law or provider terms say otherwise.

Status and timing

An instruction may be pending while the provider or payment rail completes checks. Do not retry solely because a result is delayed; first review the statement or receipt to avoid a duplicate.

Reversals and disputes

A reversal request may be available for an eligible transaction, but submitting a request does not guarantee that funds can be recovered. The provider will apply the rules for the relevant payment rail.

Limits and additional approval

Verification status, account limits, available balance, risk controls, and the service being used may affect whether an instruction is accepted or requires another approval step.

03

Acceptable use

Lawful personal use

Do not use the portal for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, evasion of controls, or activity prohibited by the terms that apply to your account.

Do not interfere with the service

Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive traffic, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access another customer’s information.

Respect third-party rights

Do not misuse another person’s identity, payment details, intellectual property, or confidential information.

04

Availability, fees, and third parties

Service availability

Features can vary by provider, account status, location, device, and integration availability. Maintenance, security events, or dependencies may temporarily affect access.

Fees and exchange information

Review the fee or exchange information presented for an instruction. The provider’s confirmed quote or disclosure applies to that transaction.

External services

A bank, biller, merchant, agent, identity provider, mobile network, or other third party may apply its own terms and processing rules.

05

Restriction, closure, and changes

Protective restrictions

Access or activity may be limited where needed for security, verification, legal, risk, or service-integrity reasons. Contact support if the portal directs you to do so.

Closing an account

Account closure is subject to outstanding instructions, disputes, balances, required records, and the provider terms that apply.

Changes to these terms

This page may be updated as the portal changes. Where required, the responsible provider will give notice or request acceptance for a material change.

If this summary conflicts with product-specific terms, an onboarding agreement, or mandatory law, the product-specific agreement or law applies.
